“I still haven’t received my photos. After visiting in store I was told the printer was broken and I would be called.”

“The format for ordering photos is confusing. It used to be so easy. I've had trouble paying for the photos ordered online the last 2 times. I choose to pay by card but was also confusing. The pick up and or delivery page is ridiculous. Have to fill in address twice for some reason. Tried ordering photos online yesterday and website couldn't accept my card details. The same card details Ive always used. Entered my details 4 times yesterday and every time it said incorrect details! So frustrating as I had spent so much time editing. As I have been unable to get any satisfaction lately using Harvey Norman Photo Centre, I will no longer be placing any further orders. It's a pity as I used to have no problems doing online orders.”

“Centre is difficult to use and can’t make many adjustments. Photos come out terribly dark from digital camera and my iPhone. Don’t recommend unfortunately Nothing against staff at all”

“Photos were fine but staff couldn’t find the prints. I waited at least twenty minutes when I should have been in and out in a couple of minutes. It was very annoying and made me late for an appointment.”

“You surprise me! I have tried to have my photos printed but the machines in Hervey Bay have been broken down. Photos are still waiting. As for a gift I have never ever recieved one. I must have BO! Normally my star rating would be a 5 but with no machines working it's as above!”
