Unfortunately my calendars arrive damaged and had to sort the situation myself by ringing the company to arrange replacements. There has been no correspondence since my first complaint.

I’m not happy that my local Harvey Norman store has not been able to fix their printer and I cannot even order prints to be printed elsewhere and picked up from there (Joondalup) so I have to travel a lot further to get printing done. I also still have printing outstanding sitting in my account and unable to be printed.

I loved your service but the last two card orders I have placed have been offset and the fold not in an equal half. I really want to order again but am very disappointed that this keeps happening.

I have been developing my photos through Harvey Norman for many years using the 6 x 4 Collage style photos. This time I developed the 6 x 4 collage photo again. Since they have updated the computers/program . It is HORRIBLE. It takes so long because of the process of the program now.

The photos are awful (dark) and we’re not like this on the screen in the order. This also happened last time so I had them reprinted elsewhere and they were fine. Also if I put in an order to pick up, why split it? I drove all the way to get the order and found it was only half the order done. So now I will have to go back again.

I've been making Harvey Norman photobooks for many years, and it used to be a great program, but am very disappointed in the lack of features available now - no embellishments or borders, and limited backgrounds. I've started using another website which has all these features and are better priced.

Quality of photo on gifts poor with a an orange tinge on the photo. Order not complete despite face to face communication with store.

I was printing many pictures and albums. I ended up uploading five or six different events albums, and paid over $400 of photos, and what photos I got printed at the start, ended up getting printed as doubles, even though I never uploaded them twice. So, I uploaded my birthday photos first, those printed, cool. Then I uploaded another events party photos, those got printed, then I uploaded another album, that album of photos never got printed, but the first two albums I uploaded got printed again!. I paid for different albums, but the photos got printed doubles of two albums, meaning the other last two albums I uploaded never got printed.

Has been over a week store out of ink and unable to print of give estimate of when ready Would have ordered from other store if I knew wouldn’t be overnight pickup Not staff fault but …… not good enough 😩

Constant errors. Heads cut off photos. Lost orders. Staff not trained. Manager not helpful with photos. Still have photos outstanding but told to resubmit for a third time but I have already paid for them. Kept blaming me for poor editing but I would never edit a photo to cut heads off?!

Disappointing I have been creating photobooks for many years. The book I recently created will be the last I do using Harvey Norman. Over the years features have been removed. I had a problem with altering added text. It was extremely disappointing.

The photos I received were darker than the photos sent in to be printed. These photos were printed for a competitions. I was only able to choose the best but doubt I will do well as they are darker that the photo sent for print. Some were so bad they couldn't be used. I re-calibrated my screen but the colours of the photos remained the same on my computer. I have been using Harvey Norman for years with product sent from the central print centre without a problem but when printed from the local Harvey Norman, it is very hit and miss. I am currently looking for a new printing company

Although I have done several books before, the last one had problems (reloaded photos twice on a 60 page book). First time did not save. Second time made sure they were saved, but still came up saying blank pages. Inside front and back covers were blank. When I got books there were 58 of the 60 pages BLANK. Still trying to get it sorted out before guests arrive in June 24, who were to receive these gifts.
