“I order lots of photos on line - easy process and the staff are always on the ball and professional my photos have been late twice due to machinery or power in the area issue's by all means I did'nt take this to heart - these things happen and the staff were very communicative in explaining what had happened - all good and they called me when the prints were ready”

“All ok except attitude of staff when I inquired if my order was in. Checked a few days later and was told it was there for a week and email was in spam. The first guy was just too lazy to look and should have told me emails end up in spam.”

“I have been developing my photos through Harvey Norman for many years using the 6 x 4 Collage style photos. This time I developed the 6 x 4 collage photo again. Since they have updated the computers/program . It is HORRIBLE. It takes so long because of the process of the program now.”

“The photos come out great, not HN fault but the post did bent the envelope and the photos were bent on a couple of places😢 But I have had other photos done and I was happy with them, good price too”

“Ordered a canvas print over a month ago not arrived went in to store several times, they asked to see receipt etc showed them they said they could not tell from that what the status is I just have to wait apparently despite being told it would be a couple of days”

“I find the creation of the photo book a little clunky- simple things like cropping & photo enhancement I do before uploading images nowadays .Your helpful staff always suggest it’s a browser problem (Safari). I still think the original platform from 10 odd years ago was so much better for image positioning on page, editing and so many more page background selections plus you had a selection of clip art From online completion to delivery of finished photo book to local Harvey Norman store is always excellent .”

“After printing here for over 10 years I'm moving on. The woman who works this desk now is incompetent. Had been since she started a year or so ago. Maybe more. The new set up is ridiculous, I had to wait in the tech support line for 30 minutes to pick up photos and even then I only got them because I grabbed a guy as he walked past. Utterly ridiculous.”

“Marvellous photo books are so easy to make and then are superb gifts for family and friends. I just put together a childhood camping holiday book with assorted photos and extracts from diaries and letters. It has brought together a wonderful memory of 50 years ago and everybody is thrilled with the excitement. My siblings are having a great time showing their adult children. I have had to order extra copies.”

“Service is very good and quite prompt however I don't like the small screen for making the books - much smaller than previous programme with text very small. I also think the binding isn't as good”

“I like the options to create an album at your own pace and go back in any time to continue with it. Some of the creative options have gone though. I do find it frustrating that I am not notified when the product is ready for pick up.”

“I placed my order for photo prints and then phoned later in the day to check when they would be ready as we were going to be driving by the next day. The staff member said there was an issue with the machine and he took my details to call me back when he had information. He called back within 15 minutes. That is great customer service. This was the West Gosford Harvey Norman/Domain”

“Whilst i continue to create my photobooks, over many years, I am disappointed with sections deleted, I.e. borders, graphics. I have written to the company many times but haven't received a satisfactory response”
