“Many features in calendar creation not available anymore. Unable to have delivery to closest store as don't have photo facility meaning nearest stare is 200km not 30km”

“I have always loved the Harvey Norman photo service and online ordering although I prefer the older system which gave more options toward editing foto's and much longer for putting tohether of the books”

“I was printing many pictures and albums. I ended up uploading five or six different events albums, and paid over $400 of photos, and what photos I got printed at the start, ended up getting printed as doubles, even though I never uploaded them twice. So, I uploaded my birthday photos first, those printed, cool. Then I uploaded another events party photos, those got printed, then I uploaded another album, that album of photos never got printed, but the first two albums I uploaded got printed again!. I paid for different albums, but the photos got printed doubles of two albums, meaning the other last two albums I uploaded never got printed.”

“Love how quick it took for my photos to be done and sent .I had over 300 to get developed and it only took a week. Where I also did 300 photos at kmart sent the same time and am still waiting its been 3 weeks now still nothing .so yes Harvey Norman will get my business for sure great job.”

“Such a pity that multiple orders fir calendars can't be priced according to the large orders. The product is excellent but I will mire than likely purchase multiple calendars elsewhere that substantially lowers the cost of multiples.”

“Very happy with service in the store and of the promptness of delivering my books. Not as happy with the more recent format and in particular the size of the pages and text boxes when creating my books. On a normal lap top screen I find there is a lot of 'wasted' space around the page thus making the space quite small to drag photos to and especially to add text. I have to put the text in a much larger size (36), proof read it and then drop it back to where I want it to be. My reply to my email was acceptable but did not solve the problem, and still hasn't. Surely other users are finding the same issue to be a problem.”
