I have ordered many things before from Harvey Norman Photos. Ordering online isn't very easy. When ordering multiple items, the shopping cart doesn't show you which items have been added. They need to have a number attached to them or show the item. On more than one occasion I have had to order things separately to ensure I am not ordering the same photo again. That is very inconvenient. Also the site kept saying there was a problem when adding something to the shopping cart, so I had to do it again. Also I wanted to pick up my items from the Marion SA store, but that store was missing from the list given. I was emailed when the order was shipped & it said I would be notified when they arrived in store. Twice now I haven't been notified at all. I was told that sometimes the emails are sent & sometimes they aren't! But someone has stamped the package saying "email sent".
