I recently purchased an online gift basket of Champagne and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries in a Boat for a dear friend of mine that was kicking off retirement with a fun weekend in Toronto. The customer service was amazing and here is why.....my friend changed the hotel last minute and since my basket was a surprise I thought I was in trouble with being able to get the delivery address changed. Out of blue, I received an email from Hazelton's informing me of the driver's name and cell number! I called Syed, provided the change of address and he even texted me to confirm delivery and to have a nice day! This is awesome service in a day when even getting mediocre service is hard. Way to go Syed and Hazelton's - 5 Stars! My friend loved the basket, the strawberries were fresh, delicious and of course they loved the Champagne - who doesn't! I will definitely order again!
