I would never use this company again. Sent an email and did a review because of 80% substitutions to the basket I ordered. Really??? No acknowledgment or reply whatsoever. Very poor service for sure

DON’T order from this company!!!! I ordered a gift basket for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered 2 cheeses, one salami, 2 boxes of crackers, salmon pate, bruschetta, truffles and a bottle of wine and an acacia cutting board. She actually got 5 cheeses (really???) , 2 salamis, NO crackers, lobster pate, salsa instead of bruschetta, a cheap bag of watermelon candy for the $20 I paid for the truffles. The wine was correct and there was a cutting board but not confident it was what I ordered either.

Apparently in the guidelines in fine print, they do not actually have to give you what you have ordered. I ordered an item for Fathers Day unfortunately he can’t even have it because it was not what was ordered and what they did send he is allergic to. I will not be using there service again

I ordered a gift basket for my sister’s birthday. The order was supposed to be delivered the next day ( Friday). However, the basket didn’t arrive until Monday late morning. There were chocolate covered strawberries and Brie cheese in the basket that were not refrigerated so spoiled. I contacted customer service a couple times to express my concern with no corrective action. The company agreed to refund the valued of of the spoiled items. I will not be ordering from HAZELTON Canada again!

Delete this company from your profile….They misrepresented the product inclusions and product presentation!!!! Hazelton’s customer service did nothing to rectify any issues, they didn’t even respond….Did not honour my requested delivery date….the fruit was all spoiled, missing items….haphazardly put together!!!! I ordered Natures harvest fruit basket to be delivered to New Jersey June 9 for delivery June 12…Paid for 2 day delivery…They guaranteed delivery/ This was a sympathy Fruit Basket… Delivery was not on the day scheduled and guaranteed.. It was the day after, when I knew we would all be at funeral services etc…. What arrived was a Cello wrapped basket ,with an extra bag of loose fruit. When the cello paper was taken off, two small baskets were held together with a twist tie., fruit sloppily put together, not all the fruit of the product details were included….missing oranges, kiwis,berries……I guess the extra fruit in the bag was because there was no room for them in the basket!!! I was very embarrassed to be present when the opened the basket and found the pears were bruised and rotting, the pineapple was a mushy at the crown,!!!!! Never Ever will I use this company again…..

Package was ordered by my in-laws and sent out on June 10 came by ground and was delivered June 15. It contained a moldy pineapple along with several questionable pieces of fruit. I’m not sure any of the other foodstuffs are edible after being in a non refrigerated vehicle for 5 days. Delivered by CanPar. Photos won’t upload after several attempts

Awful. I ordered a basket at the beginning of the week to be delivered on Friday. Spoke to the delivery driver twice and even texted her the address, for her to deliver it to the wrong house. When I called customer service, they wanted to charge me to remake the backet for delivery. I own a company and am always sending out gifts/baskets to customers and colleagues. I will never buy from them again. Advice to everyone is look for smaller local companies that care about their customers as this was a NIGHTMARE!!!

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my Mother for Mother’s Day and they arrived with the chocolate in tiny pieces at the bottom of the box (looked like it had been thrown against a wall!) and the strawberries were rotten and not eatable! I contacted customer service and they gave me HALF my money back?? after not even 1 strawberry could be eaten. The whole thing went in the trash! It was disgusting! I don’t recommend using this company! I will never order again. They lost my business! Sheryl G

I’m based in New Zealand and placed an order the day before my senior citizen mother’s birthday in Vancouver, choosing next-day delivery. The courier delivered flowers on time and they looked exactly like the photo on the website. My mother was delighted. I'm very happy with the process thank you.

I placed an order for Easter April 15 to be delivered April 17. It was shipped April 16. Did not arrive till April 23. Fruit was bad and had leaked onto the contents of the basket. I had contacted the company and had many frustrating and basically rude emails. Finally when the basket arrived I sent pictures of the spoiled basket. It was for Easter and arrived 6 days after requested date. They have agreed to refund for the spoiled fruit. I spent almost 300$ for this basket. First and last time I will use this company. Poor customer service as well

Still waiting for my item to be delivered. It was to be delivered on a Friday and it was a birthday gift. At 7:30 a.m. I got a delay notice and as of Monday no notice that it has been delivered. There is no reason given nor is it the holiday season. I figure that on a Friday everyone wanted to go home so they just left the gift to sit until this week. I ordered this gift in plenty of time for it to be shipped out earlier if needed. Ive contacted customer service twice and all I get is the "We are sorry, it will be delivered soon." "We have no control over delivery." Even though this is a private delivery service? No excuse for this poor customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. They swapped the bottle for a cheaper one and sent two broken glass pieces with low-quality wood. I paid $190 for something that is not even worth a third of that. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller, as this experience felt like a scam.

Wow, I’m absolutely blown away by Hazelton’s Canada! From the moment I visited their website, I loved how easy it was to browse and filter through the stunning selection of gift baskets—they even have a section for ‘gourmet treats’ that made it a breeze to pick out the perfect gift for a foodie friend. My order shipped super quickly, and the basket arrived on the day I preferred, which was really fantastic. The packaging was top-notch—everything was arranged beautifully and thoughtfully. I ran into a small issue with one of the items in the basket being out of stock, so I used their live chat feature to reach out to customer service. The representative was amazing, explaining the substution policy and apologized for the inconvenience. I ordered from Hazelton multiple times for different occassions and never failed to provide excellent customer service and amazing products. What I love the most is that Hazeltons have an option to customize a basket! I am a happy camper and will continue to be one of their loyal customers.

The Benjamin Bear Baby Boy Gift Basket was the perfect way to welcome a new little one! The highlight for me was the Plush - Baby Benjamin Bear, an adorable teddy bear in a shade of blue. It's so soft and cuddly, I just know it will become the baby's favorite and a cherished keepsake as he grows. This thoughtful and beautiful gift definitely deserves 5 stars!

I ordered the Every Day Love Champagne Gift from Hazelton’s for a special occasion, and it exceeded my expectations! The champagne was of excellent quality, and the accompanying treats were delicious and beautifully arranged. The presentation was elegant, making it feel like a truly luxurious gift. Ordering was simple, and the delivery arrived right on time, carefully packaged to ensure everything was in perfect condition. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from Hazelton’s again for future celebrations!

Extremely unhappy with the way they handled a birthday gift. It was placed well in advance. Birthday gifts are supposed to be surprise gift, so I cannot ask the recipient to go and check whether something is coming. The driver delivered the Birthday gift at the food delivery counter and the recipient never knew it was arrived, even though the contact number was provided. Very bad service. The website shipment tracking keep displayed that the gift was still with the driver. After several emails and phone calls (international) came to know that they driver delivered it at the food delivery counter of the residential building. Never expected this from a reputed company. Such and embarrassment. I have lost the trust with this company.

"I ordered a wine and cheese basket from Hazelton’s Canada for my parents' anniversary, and while the gift itself was nice, I had some issues with the experience. The selection of cheeses was great, and the wine was high quality, but the delivery arrived a day later than expected. I reached out to customer support for an update, but it took almost 48 hours to get a response, which was frustrating. When the basket finally arrived, my parents loved it, but the delay and lack of communication left me hesitant to order again. If they improve their customer service response time, I’d consider giving them another try.

I am beyond impressed with my experience shopping at Hazelton's Canada! From the moment I placed my order, their customer service team was incredible. I had a few questions about my gift basket, and I received a prompt and friendly response that answered all of my concerns. The delivery was fast, and the basket was beautifully arranged—exactly what I had hoped for. It’s rare to find such attentive and caring customer service, and it truly made my shopping experience memorable. Wonderful! The basket was packed with an assortment of fruits, and everything was deliciously fresh. The included tropical fruits were a nice touch, and the presentation was beautiful. Definitely worth the price, and I’ll order again.
