I placed an order for Easter April 15 to be delivered April 17. It was shipped April 16. Did not arrive till April 23. Fruit was bad and had leaked onto the contents of the basket. I had contacted the company and had many frustrating and basically rude emails. Finally when the basket arrived I sent pictures of the spoiled basket. It was for Easter and arrived 6 days after requested date. They have agreed to refund for the spoiled fruit. I spent almost 300$ for this basket. First and last time I will use this company. Poor customer service as well
