“We ordered the Kosher custom gift basket. It was delivered on time and was beautiful but we ordered Vodka with gourmet fruit and nuts to add. Instead they put two crystal wine glasses and cheese that was NOT kosher. When we contacted them they said in their fine print it says they can substitute whatever they want. OK, substitute, but at least keep it kosher! After several back and forths they said they would refund 30%. That does not change the fact the gift was not able to be eaten by the recipients. It seems the vodka selected was also replaced. Im glad I did not opt for a more expensive type. Interestingly the only signature on the delivered on behalf of signature was my email. It still included the recipient's name! Good thing they know my email! My gift message was not included.”
