"I\u2019m based in New Zealand and placed an order the day before my senior citizen mother\u2019s birthday in Vancouver, choosing next-day delivery. The courier delivered flowers on time and they looked exactly like the photo on the website. My mother was delighted. I'm very happy with the process thank you."

"I ordered a plant and cake from this company on Dec 17th, for it to be delivered on Dec. 19th. I selected 2 day delivery. The cake arrived in a messy puddle in the box and the plant was completely dead on January 6th!! I do not understand how this is acceptable. I was completely mortified by the state the gifts arrived in and was told that it was my fault by customer service for not choosing one day delivery. The company should review their shipping options and if this is how two day shipping works then it should not be an option for perishable items. I was not offered any compensation. I will not use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Here are the photos of the delivered products. How embarrassing."

"Stay away. They delivered a dead plant\/flowers and then blamed me for ordering something \u201cperishable\u201d. In the end they offered a 50% refund for the 100% dead plant and called it \u201cgood will on their part\u201d. Refused to take responsibility. It was also 2 days late."

"This Company has no customer service or value for their customer. Their shipping terms are not clearly outlined, and they charge $18 to deliver a destroyed product. See the image below and they did not give me a refund for this. Save your time and money and go with a better Company."
