Absolutely terrible service and quality! After getting into a road accident, my sweet niece wanted to send me a basket to make me feel better. She sent me a basket containing a teddy bear, balloon, chocolate strawberries, a box of chocolates and red velvet cake. She kept getting notifications that it was delivered but it showed up 2 days late. And when I did receive the box, the packaging was just awful. The entire cake was squished and its box was all collapsed because they placed it in the bottom! And the strawberries were horrific! They were stinking because they were spoilt, their juices was all over the packaging and the shipping box and their own box was all collapsed. I didn't even have time to take a photo of the strawberry box because it was in such a bad condition and I was trying to not get sticky and stinky strawberry juice all over my kitchen counter! And then, the teddy bear was sent for the occasion of graduation and not a 'Get Well' teddy. The only thing intact was the small box of chocolates. I understand my niece tried to reason with them as to make it right but they barely did anything and kept telling her that she should have selected same day delivery even though the option wasn't there at all when she was placing the order. They completely ignored that part, didn't address it and they barely offered a 50% refund which is ridiculous!! If this company can't operate same-day delivery in Calgary, they should keep their operations in Ontario...don't come here and pretend to be a great company! What a pathetic joke of a company. You have been warned....DO NOT use this company at all!!! Save your money!
