I ordered a gift basket for my sister’s birthday. The order was supposed to be delivered the next day ( Friday). However, the basket didn’t arrive until Monday late morning. There were chocolate covered strawberries and Brie cheese in the basket that were not refrigerated so spoiled.
I contacted customer service a couple times to express my concern with no corrective action. The company agreed to refund the valued of of the spoiled items.
I will not be ordering from HAZELTON Canada again!
