When the package arrived with a broken jar of oil inside (coating everything), Hazleton’s customer service folks were immediately responsive and replaced the entire order. As I was sending a care package to my son who had just moved to Vancouver, it was important for me to send him some Mom TLC and the disappointment over the breakage was replaced by gratitude for the speed of replacement. Plus all the products were super yummy (according to my son) who plans to impress some “guests” with his culinary panache!
