Very good and professional customer service. I ordered a hamper for my dad and realized that I forgot to add a card to let him know who it was from. I contacted customer care to tell them my situation and was assured by them. My dad got the hamper on the due date, in perfect shape- with the card and all. He was very pleased with the products.
