Disappointed. Items I ordered were either missing (serving tray) or swapped for a different item (pineapple instead of grapes.... the recipient is allergic to pineapple). I indicated the requested delivery day, it was delivered 4 days before the requested date.... it was for a birthday surprise.
I called to discuss and cannot get through to customer service. They responded via email to say they're busy at this time of year so sent the order when they could. No mention of the wrong items. Bad service and a
RIP OFF.
