Glad you asked, so thoughtful....
1. The original order was delivered 2 days later than the 2-3 day window as described.
2. The order was "damaged" on delivery.
3. After 45 calls and over 4 hours of wait time, I finally got to your wonderful
outsourced customer service team that did an awesome job (that's a joke).
4. I asked for a replacement instead of refund....instead you resent the damaged
packages that had rotten strawberries, dead roses, and chipped champagne
glasses. How classy of you!
The WORST experience I have ever had online with any company. Spending $260+ dollars for this BS.
