I received a gift box for my birthday from my family. I was severely disappointed about the delivery of these items. The cupcakes were tossed around and basically squished, and the macarons in the box were squished. When contacting customer service they said they advise for items that are susceptible to damage to ship. My question is then why offer these items and I can accept a little damage but not this.
