I ordered a gift basket for delivery to Calgary on Dec.20. Today is January 6 and it has not arrived. There are perishable items in the order which obviously will have gone bad by now.
Terrible customer service. I asked for a refund and they refused, telling me to contact the delivery service which does not take calls (I tried). The customer should not have to contact delivery themselves, I did not choose this courier, it’s Hazelton’s business to see this through.
No delivery, no refund, no service.
