I recently purchased a bouquet and a floral arrangement from Hazelton's Canada, and while the flowers were lovely, my overall experience was a bit mixed. The website was easy to navigate, and I had no trouble adding items to my basket, but I felt like the flower selection could have been a little more diverse. The checkout process was smooth, though my order took longer to arrive than I expected. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the delay, they were polite but didn’t offer much of an explanation. The flowers were beautiful when they arrived, but the shipping could definitely be improved.
