The driver was nowhere to be found when I landed in Melbourne after having pre-booked and pre- paid for the transport. I tried texting the number that had said that the driver was on his way, but they never got back to me. I waited around 1/2 hour, but the driver never showed. I emailed the company and asked for a refund, but I have not heard back from them yet. This was on 3rd August 2022.
