I pre booked and prepaid mid last year, as time drew closer and I hadn’t heard I started emailing requesting confirmation, three times over dec/jan, when no replies received I tracked down several phone number sans they were all disconnected!! So the day before my trip I’m frantically looking and found several reviews saying they didn’t come and the passengers were stranded at airport. So I counted my losses and booked with another company (who answered immediately - luxury chauffeurs Melb) and just as well as HD chauffeurs were NOT THERE. Save yourself the trouble, it’s a fake company 😡😰
