Our flight was scheduled to arrive at 1:37 but did not land until 2:05 but we were not concerned because we were told that our flight would be tracked and the driver would wait 45 minutes after the flight had landed. After 26 hours of travel we were looking forward to a smooth transition home. That was not the case. The driver had left the airport by the time we got through customs and collected our luggage which was at 2:40. This was when I tried to make contact with the company. The phone was answered by an answering machine. I texted and was told that the driver had left because he had waited 45 minutes from 1:37. I had to take photos of the arrival board to prove that the plane did not land until 2:05 but this did not matter to them. They just stopped responding. It was a horrible experience and I definitely would not recommend this company that are unreliable and have zero customer service.
