Headstrong has made a huge difference to my life, having struggled with various rounds of NHS therapy before. The counselling is accessible and easy to fit into my schedule. My counsellor is fantastic and we have a great relationship. I have had sessions for over a year and cannot explain what an impact it is has made. I have recommended to so many of my friends who have also tried and failed with rounds of NHS therapy. Headstrong is a breath of fresh air!
