Having easy accessible therapy is a real privilege and I’ve been really impressed with how easy it was to engage with Headstrong and get a therapist, but also with the service I’ve been receiving the past 3+ months. My therapist has really fundamentally helped me to change how I view the world and myself within it, and I feel really appreciative of Hackney Council for making such high quality care available to its residents.
