Headstrong makes therapy extremely accessible, and I don't think I would have been able to undertake therapy if the cost was in line with the rest of the market. I was very apprehensive to start therapy but in the last 8 months, since starting, I have already seen changes in my day-to-day life. My counsellor is friendly, understanding and patient, and she has become an essential part of my week. I couldn't imagine not having started therapy, it's been so beneficial to unpacking issues from my childhood but also to managing the daily stresses of life.
