This is my second time using Headstrong Counselling — and both times I have been very impressed. The counsellors are attentive, and have a plan for each session (whether or not you have a specific route you would like the session to go, that's for you to decide).
They have really helped me both times, and can't recommend their service enough — especially when you consider the cost vs other similar services.
