Really appreciative of a service such as Headstrong Counselling. I avoided seeking counselling support for a really long time due to facing both personal issues and others such as affordability and availability. However, over two years ago I had a speedy assessment with them and have been receiving therapy that I am happy with both remotely and in person ever since.
