As I was looking for a specific type of therapy (Schema) wasn’t sure how or if it would be available via Headstrong?
I’m pleased to say, I was introduced to a therapist in Belgium and even though it has been online I don’t feel its impeded the process, plus my therapist does come over to London from time to time, so, we can occasionally meet up.
I’m very grateful to have found my Schema Therapist its proving very insightful into my own struggles and of course it’s very affordable.
Very happy with the service.
