I have given 5/5 as I had a very good experience with my first counsellor Pip. He asked questions that made me really think and also provided me with literature to read and some homework to help me through the week. My second counsellor was good but I didn’t get the same out of my sessions with her compared to Pip unfortunately.
The initial assessment and booking process is easy and the team are very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I have recommended headstrong to others.
