Can’t recommend enough. The first meeting was a scary first step for me but the lady who asked questions for me could not have been more understanding and gentle. And my counsellor, Geeta, helped me through one of the darkest times and was a constant rock during a period of my life full of change and self-discovery. I would recommend Headstrong to anyone who’s thinking about therapy but finds it inaccessible or intimidating.
