I have been having weekly session since September and my therapist Sam has been nothing but fantastic. He is always asking spot on questions to help me dig further, and helping make the right connexions between events and feelings. It has been a very productive 10 months and I am very thankful that Headstrong is offering such high quality counseling at an affordable price.
