Never having had counselling before I was unsure of what to expect. I now highly value this service and am extremely appreciative of the tools it has given me to gain clarity and peace in certain areas of my life. The ability to have online sessions, and the accessible pricing structure enabled me to access this support where otherwise this would have been impossible. Highly recommend.
