Dear Headstrong,
I came into therapy 10mths ago feeling overwhelmed & distraught with childhood trauma still effecting me into my adult life at 58.
After developing a relationship with a therapist I have come to value & trust I have been able to unpack & process issues that kept me stuck.
I have been able to take ownership of, change my life, & begin to regain the wholeness, the integrity & the freedom i deserve. I am discovering with the support I need the person I really am.
An invaluable service I highly recommend.
