I was happy to be set up with a better plan than I initially chose. More expensive with better coverage, which I paid for. However in the app it’s shown that I have the cheaper, original plan which doesn’t give me any of the coverage I need until I pay an insane deductible that I literally don’t even make enough money to pay by the end of the year. I called to have this corrected several days ago and was told it’s an IT issue which they would request me fixed for me. Nothing has happened since. This is a terrible start with this company.
