“I have to tell everyone, the representative from Healthbird, Mr. Jose G. This guy deserves an applaud from every person in this company. Jose is extremely knowledgeable in health insurance, laws, medical billing procedures and so so much more. I could tell that he puts the utmost genuine attributes to getting people health coverage. He is very honest and he even spent over an hr plus explaining everything to me and giving me examples. He gave me pros and cons of coverage levels and all the things I never knew to better make a decision on coverage. I also even had to take a call and the call dropped and Jose called me back 4 times. If that’s not dedication I don’t know what is. I really appreciate him for doing such a great job with what he does. I had been putting this insurance thing off, but he is definitely the reason I signed up today. This guy can do anything he wants too in his future. He takes the brand and he exhilarates everything that is needed to do exactly what the brand and the brands mission is intended to be. Extremely thorough and professional!!!!!! All 5 Stars! Thank you Jose G.”

“The ease of selecting a health plan and comparing options was great. But once my plan was elected the app was having all kinds of issues and I had to call a few times to get help with viewing my plan. The app is not very helpful and it is limited to how much you can do and access. I wish it provided a better experience but for now it’s the option I have.”

“Jose Gonzalas was outstanding in helping me with my insurance today. He went above and beyond to be sure everything was done correctly. He even got other calls on three way with me to be sure everything was correct. It was a three hour call and he never once complained or hesitated to help me.
