“I was happy to be set up with a better plan than I initially chose. More expensive with better coverage, which I paid for. However in the app it’s shown that I have the cheaper, original plan which doesn’t give me any of the coverage I need until I pay an insane deductible that I literally don’t even make enough money to pay by the end of the year. I called to have this corrected several days ago and was told it’s an IT issue which they would request me fixed for me. Nothing has happened since. This is a terrible start with this company.”

She explained everything so clearly and on the phone with us explaining our options and was very thorough and patient if anyone is looking for insurance I highly recommend HealthBird. “First thing and foremost I was very impressed how easy it was to sign up on the website and smartphone and it was super easy to apply and get approved for health insurance and with the help from the Concierge Team they got in touch with me after submitting my information. The concierge Team verified my information in case there werre errors and got approved Super Fast. So in the End I would very highly recommend family, friends and even stranters to this site.
