The ease of selecting a health plan and comparing options was great. But once my plan was elected the app was having all kinds of issues and I had to call a few times to get help with viewing my plan. The app is not very helpful and it is limited to how much you can do and access. I wish it provided a better experience but for now it’s the option I have.
