I ordered a Halogen oven from Heavins which was faulty on arrival. It was very disappointing as I had purchased this appliance on a previous occasion with no problem. I contacted them and reported the appliance faulty and to be fair I was able to have the appliance collected free of charge from my home by an Post. The replacement arrived safely within 24 hours of my faulty item returned. A very good service but a scheme if was not checked before sending out.
