First review based on customer service: had to call Heavins today due to receipt of a product which was badly roughed up during transit. Such a pleasure to deal with Tadgh, a lovely genuine customer service rep who wanted to resolve the issue as best he could. Excellent communication, so courteous and would have me returning to Heavins based on his manner alone. Happy to leave a separate review once product issue is satisfactorily resolved. Thanks
