Very good website and able to find products easily and items were processed quickly and shipped very fast. The bosch hedge trimmer I received was excellent but unfortunately the garden wagon was not. The hinge welds fell off after the first use and I emailed Heavins with pictures of the defective product but no response after 2 weeks. Excellent sales and dispatch but very poor after care.
