You sent me a badly packaged step ladder. It is missing 4 bolts/screws to secure the 2 safety rails. It is missing 1 of the rubber grip legs to the bottom of the metal, making the ladder dangerous and unstable to use and it will damage/mark any surface it is put on once someome steps onto the ladder. I called your customer care, I emailed you and you suggested that I return the faulty ladder at my cost. This is in breach of my customer rights, you have some nerve/cheek.
