The reason I keep going back to Heavins is the staff are both very friendly and knowledgeable when I need to purchase anything. You know they are being genuine when they ask to help. As an older person I'm often ignored in other shops by younger staff even though I'm not impaired in anyway. The staff in heavins treat me with respect and I'll always go there before anywhere else now.
