Bought a sprayer in 2024 - WEB184668 Comfirmation Number - the sprayer was faulty when it came. I did get onto the online team which told me to return it but the box was dumped. I tried to purchase just the silver piece that was faulty only to be told i would have to purchase the whole sprayer again.
