I placed on order with this company on sept 25, 2020 with the intention of gifting my purchase on Christmas. After I placed my order I received a conformation email with an order number. I had no contact from this company for almost 2 months. I reached out to them in mid November and simply asked for an update on my order. I received no response. I have it more time and reached out again with a more upset and frustrated email in early December. No personal response. They did RESEND me my confirmation email, but not once actually updated me on my order status or explain why it was taking so long. Their website states they dont offer refunds. I did not receive the order before Christmas and still have not received my order (1/9/21). I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I really wish I could get my money back but all I can do at this point it write a review. They have no personal customer service, even after I sent them 4 emails in regards to my order. I reached out on Instagram as well, I was told “someone will check into your order on Monday” but I never received a response from that either. DO NOT place an order with this company Ps. If you found this same review from TrustPilot, that is intentional. I wanted to post this review on multiple platforms due to my frustration with this company.
