“AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
I ordered back in October. Never recieved any order confirmation, she took my money. After reading a few more complaints on Facebook, it seemed like I wasn't going to get my order, so I raised a dispute through the bank to get my money back.
She finally emailed me to say she was posting my items a month after I ordered them.
She's now threatening me because of the dispute I raised, even though it was only a temporary refund while they investigated. Terrible customer service!
Obviously won't be buying from again! I'm sure she'll soon go under due to the amount of complaints & terrible service.
Also false advertising, she advertised on her Facebook that October orders will recieve a free holographic lipgloss (the main reason I ordered) which I never received & she's refusing to send one out to me!”

I was still waiting when lo and behold, the posty turns up with a parcel. I go back into the messages to let them know this and I see very defensive rude messages saying its been delivered and they have proof. I've had enough at this point and thank them for there “help” with the matter and that i wouldn't be using them again. What then insuse is a back and forth of them accusing me of lying about it being delivered today and accusing me of taking advantage of, and trying to steal from, a small indie company!! There is nothing I can say about the service I've received to recommend this company to anyone. Rude, unprofessional, and it this point I don't even want my products anymore. If I could give minus stars I would.”
“If I could put zero stars I’d put zero. I have reached out to this company since march 2024. I spent $61.05 USD and I have tried to consistently reach out through emails and instagram DM. They did not respond to a single email & in the instagram DM they tried to reassure me that I will get an email response and I will have my order shipped by mid August because they said they are working on orders alone. So I waited and waited and then DM’ed and they responded telling me to email them. No one has responded to a single email nor helped me with my order at all. They post stories to instagram daily to weekly claiming they’re shipping out orders, I can only wonder where is mine from march 2024? Not a good company. Does not respond & does not help with any order issues. Go elsewhere with your money and if you’re in the USA ordering with their company, I suggest you find someone else on instagram that is through the USA.”

It’s just a huge SCAM ! And I fell for it hook line and sinker!!
Im normally so good with sniffing out a scam.
But these people are obviously sneaky, because you think you’re ordering from a legit beauty website.
From now on I’ll be checking ALL reviews on anything I wish to spend money on in the future.
I’m now going to have to report this a fraud on my credit card, and hope I get my money back!

“SCAMMERS. I wish I’d looked for reviews online before I paid for my order. There are ZERO issues with Royal Mail it’s a massive con saying ‘it’s out of our hands’. There are no products they don’t exist…. Reported to Instagram and PayPal as they don’t respond to DM’s, emails or offer refunds. They are illegally taking money and conning hard working people out of their cash for non existent products. The sob story posts about delivery issues and cyber attacks at Royal Mail are BS they are posting eyeshadows not nuclear warheads…. Pathetic replies saying ‘we don’t appreciate being called scammers’ well guess what you take peoples money and don’t produce the product then that’s exactly what you are…SCAMMERS.”
