“AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered in ***2018*** and never received my order. I have emailed them 4 separate times DM'd their instagram multiple times, commented on their photos (which were deleted by the "company," to no avail. Do NOT order from this branch of scam artists, you WILL lose your money. Their site says they do not offer refunds so they will offer to "ship" more product to you, but similar to what another reviewer said, their company is named Hidden Cosmetics because you never get the product! I highly doubt it even exists, it is most likely another company's product that they demo and pass off as their own! Just to see if they would respond, I emailed them today, 2 years and 3 months later, and they had the nerve to give me attitude. I doubt I will ever hear from them again. If you are looking for similar products, shop Dawn Eyes Cosmetics. Her brand is honest, and I have ordered from her multiple times with 110% satisfaction with my order.”
“The name of this company suits them well. Hidden cosmetics as in you’ll never find your cosmetics because they don’t ship them to you. They only respond to emails half of the time and when they feel like it and their Instagram customer service is seriously lacking in everything except attitude.”
“I placed on order with this company on sept 25, 2020 with the intention of gifting my purchase on Christmas. After I placed my order I received a conformation email with an order number. I had no contact from this company for almost 2 months. I reached out to them in mid November and simply asked for an update on my order. I received no response. I have it more time and reached out again with a more upset and frustrated email in early December. No personal response. They did RESEND me my confirmation email, but not once actually updated me on my order status or explain why it was taking so long. Their website states they dont offer refunds. I did not receive the order before Christmas and still have not received my order (1/9/21).
I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I really wish I could get my money back but all I can do at this point it write a review. They have no personal customer service, even after I sent them 4 emails in regards to my order. I reached out on Instagram as well, I was told “someone will check into your order on Monday” but I never received a response from that either. DO NOT place an order with this company

“CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Not had product. No customer service and would have scored NIL stars if given the option. Ordered xmas present for daughter over 12 months ago and still waiting. Only 1 message responded to and told to look at website which states could take 2/3 months but not in excess of 12. All further communications gave gone unanswered and no offer of a refund. Taking money and not delivering the goods is tount amount to THEFT.”

“Awful customer service. No contact with them at all. I ordered one pigment on the 12th of January. It was pre order so it said it will take 1-3 months. Today it’s 8th of September and I just got the pigment that I ordered. I’ve been waiting 8 months!!! I was sending a lot of emails about my order, they were keep saying someone will contact you tomorrow. A week ago I decided to comment their every picture on Instagram about my order and I was sending an email about it every day. I got the parcel without any nice note, any box nothing. “If I could leave no stars? I would. I ordered back in November of 2019. I have been in contact sparsely with this brand about my package. At first, I was told three months production time. All my e-mails were never replied to. At times, I wouldn’t get a DM back, and when I did, I received nothing helpful. So, I waited. Then another excuse. I waited. Then another and another. Eventually I started to comment on posts, which mind you, were deleted. They told me my products were ‘shipped’ in February. Which obviously, I never received nor received a tracking number or anything of the sort. Just two words in the place of a tracking code, ‘done done’. It is now June 2020. I have gotten nowhere with reviving my products or my refund. Actually, at this point I just want my money. Beyond frustrated, I have now taken it upon myself to file a report with Action Fraud and am looking for another reputable site to use or something more because of my negative experience.”

“Zero stars. I ordered 43 usd worth of product on March 3rd 2019. I've messaged them via email multiple times letting them know I've moved since then and the products haven't even been shipped out yet. I didn't get a reply until I messaged their Instagram account. The first reply I got was pleasant and asked for the order confirmation #. I sent it and didn't hear anything back for weeks. I kept emailing and messaging until on Feb. 7th 2020 I got and email stating that my order would be sent out next week. Its April 16th 2020 and the order still hasn't even shipped out and they never mentioned my change of address so even if it did the package would go to the wrong address. I'm beyond infuriated at this point. This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from and communicating with.”
