“This company is nothing but a scam. I have been waiting 5 months for my order, it’s not coming. Any comments warning others are deleted from their page. I have tried to warn others many, many times and end up getting rude messages from the “company” telling me to stop making up rumours, which is HILARIOUS considering every single review I’ve read from them says exactly the same thing. I’m also fairly convinced this whole this is being done by some teenage vsco type girls, they literally responded to my messages along the lines of “kk sweetie whatever u say stop ruining our vibes”, it’s almost funny except for the part where they’re stealing thousands of dollars from gals just trying to order cosmetics. Total scam, don’t even bother ordering or trying to get your order.”
“I placed on order with this company on sept 25, 2020 with the intention of gifting my purchase on Christmas. After I placed my order I received a conformation email with an order number. I had no contact from this company for almost 2 months. I reached out to them in mid November and simply asked for an update on my order. I received no response. I have it more time and reached out again with a more upset and frustrated email in early December. No personal response. They did RESEND me my confirmation email, but not once actually updated me on my order status or explain why it was taking so long. Their website states they dont offer refunds. I did not receive the order before Christmas and still have not received my order (1/9/21).
I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I really wish I could get my money back but all I can do at this point it write a review. They have no personal customer service, even after I sent them 4 emails in regards to my order. I reached out on Instagram as well, I was told “someone will check into your order on Monday” but I never received a response from that either. DO NOT place an order with this company

“SCAMMERS. I wish I’d looked for reviews online before I paid for my order. There are ZERO issues with Royal Mail it’s a massive con saying ‘it’s out of our hands’. There are no products they don’t exist…. Reported to Instagram and PayPal as they don’t respond to DM’s, emails or offer refunds. They are illegally taking money and conning hard working people out of their cash for non existent products. The sob story posts about delivery issues and cyber attacks at Royal Mail are BS they are posting eyeshadows not nuclear warheads…. Pathetic replies saying ‘we don’t appreciate being called scammers’ well guess what you take peoples money and don’t produce the product then that’s exactly what you are…SCAMMERS.”

“Bought from here when the girl first started making highlighters years and years ago. One highlighter came totally smashed, unusable and over a month later (it was TINY too) - the other never arrived. The girl who owns this awful business never responded to anything and blocked me on Instagram. Came across her TikTok today and reminded me about how vile her ‘company’ is and it looks like she is STILL scamming people. She needs to be shut down, she’s currently deleting all my TikTok comments warning people off buying.
Do NOT buy from her. Not sure if it’s still the same now, but she literally used to just make the products in her bedroom - (I had her on Snapchat) it was not a proper company.

“I saw this company come up on my TIKTOK and I fell in love. I checked reviews and saw they were interactive and involved and loved it. they tried to make every bad review right. I commented under several videos in support of them. Before I checked out I wanted to see some of the products in my cart in a video for reference of what I was purchasing. They blocked me on tiktok... I could only assume when I mentioned I google searched them to verify their credibility as a supplier they decided to block me so no one else would see my comment DESPITE it being a positive comment. Because of this I will no longer be purchasing and feel the company is super shady.”
“CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Not had product. No customer service and would have scored NIL stars if given the option. Ordered xmas present for daughter over 12 months ago and still waiting. Only 1 message responded to and told to look at website which states could take 2/3 months but not in excess of 12. All further communications gave gone unanswered and no offer of a refund. Taking money and not delivering the goods is tount amount to THEFT.”

“I placed my order from Hidden Cosmetics on November 2018 and they never shipped my order!! I spent $260 and never got my money back! I filed MULTIPLE disputes with my bank but I had a new bank employed by a bunch of idiots. Every time I submit a dispute for hidden cosmetics they deny it saying Sephora refunded me so they won't investigate it any further. I fought as hard as I could for 8 months until I had to give up. I am going to have a heart attack if I don't let it go emotionally. No one involved will help me. The company will never ship my order. My bank will never return my funds. I have put this out all over social media but people still fall for these scam artists. I wish they would be shut down. It is HORRIBLE how they do business! They belong in jail! They are thieves!”
“This business is fake. It’s clearly an organised criminal gang and the police should be making arrests.
1) no business address on the website
2) no delivery and no refunds
3) no answer to emails
4) they send some make up to beauty influencers on social media platforms to make the business look more legit and trustworthy, in essence using influencers to unknowingly scam people.
5) they have people replying to complaints on Instagram and reassuring them in private messages that they will receive their orders, all the while screen shotting the private conversation and sending it to whoever is in charge of the Instagram account, at which point you will be blocked by the page
6) chances are any positive reviews you’ve seen are either by criminals involved in the scam or by genuine customers they have blackmailed to release their order ie ‘if you change your review to a positive one we will then send your order’
I hope this review helps get them arrested.”
“This company is terrible. They are quick to take your money but you really have to work to get your product. I waited over a year to get my order, sent over 20 emails and COUNTLESS messages to their IG page. I finally left a review and within 20 minutes had an email, and not a nice email, in my inbox. They accused me of calling them scammers, which I had not once done, then proceeded to make threats towards my business! You heard that right, THEY THREATENED TO SLANDER MY BUSINESS. I was absolutely blown away by what I was reading. They have now blocked me on EVERY account they have and I never received my product, but I did get a full refund after being degraded and threatened by whoever was answering their emails. Don't waste your time or money.”

Their site says they do not offer refunds so they will offer to "ship" more product to you, but similar to what another reviewer said, their company is named Hidden Cosmetics because you never get the product! I highly doubt it even exists, it is most likely another company's product that they demo and pass off as their own! Just to see if they would respond, I emailed them today, 2 years and 3 months later, and they had the nerve to give me attitude. I doubt I will ever hear from them again. If you are looking for similar products, shop Dawn Eyes Cosmetics. Her brand is honest, and I have ordered from her multiple times with 110% satisfaction with my order.”
