Hiscox were very helpful. Easy to contact, polite & quick to respond and extremely helpful in coming to a solution to turning my case into one you can carry on your back.
I will say though that if Hiscox made a case with back-pack straps already on it would sell-out. I can't believe that there is no quality hard cases available with back-pack straps..a crazy gap in the market.
