Would give zero if it was an option. I have been forcefully paying into this service charge for our freehold house for 19 years and they haven't once provided any service to us. Imagine paying for your ASDA shoppng delivery and he didn't turn up, that's exactly HML. Only they write to bailiffs and mortgage providers if you don't pay.
