If I could, I’d give them a zero. They do nothing bar bullying. They’ve “lost” money I’ve paid them and despite saying they’ll remove it haven’t. Then threaten me with eviction despite the evidence I’ve provided that moneys were paid. They charge inflated rents and do zero repairs or action anything. They have the most dreadful reputation as management companies amongst local residence and the elderly who’ve worked hard on their homes are hit with rent hikes and even driven to tribunals for making a complaint. Yet they haul in £600,00 pcm.
