I wish I could give HML Property Management minus stars because they are absolutely terrible. Their accounting is a complete disaster—placing random charges on my account years after telling me my balance was zero, with no explanation other than their own incompetence. Speaking of incompetence, their staff are utterly useless and can’t even explain why these mysterious charges exist in the first place. On top of that, they keep hiking up service charges to ridiculous levels, making it completely unaffordable to live in properties they manage. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with them managing my building, and dealing with their mess has been nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs if you have the choice!
