HML provide a very poor service for a very high fee. They provide a very slick online portal but actually fail to action nearly all issues raised within the time lines agreed in the service contract. They provide reports at over inflated prices and in our case financially mismanaged the accounts which would have cost us thousands of pounds if we had not pursued them. Getting them to take responsibility for anything involves constant badgering and they do nothing to ensure value for money is being provided. We have now moved away from HML and halved our costs in return for a much better service.
